If Sparky Direct can’t reach a prize winner within seven (7) days of trying, the winner will lose their claim to the prize. In this case, Sparky Direct may hold a redraw to pick a new winner. The redraw will follow the same steps as the original prize draw.

Disqualification:
Sparky Direct reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or who fails to comply with the promotion’s terms and conditions.
