Sparky Direct Mega-Win Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

The Sparky Direct "Mega-Win Giveaway" ("Promotion") is a limited-time offer running from 14th October to 29th November 2024. Participants who purchase $150+ (EX. GST) worth of VOLT products from Sparky Direct will be eligible to enter the prize draw for a chance to win exciting prizes such as hampers, Sparky Direct merchandise, Beats Wireless Earbuds, a Smart Watch, a PS5, and a TV.

2. Eligibility

• This Promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must spend $150+ (EX. GST) on VOLT products in a single transaction to qualify for entry.
• Each purchase over $150 (EX. GST) earns the participant one entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of entries.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:
  1. Purchase a minimum of $150+ (EX. GST) on VOLT products from Sparky Direct between 14th October and 29th November 2024.
  2. Every eligible purchase automatically qualifies for one entry into the weekly prize draw.
  3. For every additional $150 spent, participants will earn an additional entry (e.g., $300 purchase = 2 entries).

4. Promotion Period

• The Promotion starts on 14th October 2024 and ends on 29th November 2024, 11:59 PM AEDT.
• All purchases must be made within the Promotion period to qualify for the prize draw.

5. Prizes and Weekly Draw Schedule

Prizes will be drawn weekly during the Promotion period. Winners will be notified within 7 days of each weekly draw. The prizes will be distributed as follows:

• Weeks 1-4 (14th October – 10th November):
  • Sparky Direct Hampers
  • Sparky Direct Merchandise
• Weeks 5-8 (11th November – 29th November):
  • Week 5: Beats Wireless Earbuds
  • Week 6: Smart Watch
  • Week 7: PlayStation 5 (PS5)
  • Week 8: TV

6. Prize Draw and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly via a draw at the end of each week during the Promotion period.
• The winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during their purchase.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Sparky Direct reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• The grand prize draws (Weeks 5-8) will occur weekly after the prize draw for that week has taken place.

7. General Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Sparky Direct reserves the right to substitute prizes with equivalent items if necessary.
• The Promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice at the discretion of Sparky Direct.

8. Privacy

• By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment in accordance with Sparky Direct's privacy policy.
